আমি রেগুলার চায়ে চিনির বদলে Root Wellness Mix দিই। মসলার ঘ্রাণ আর খেজুরের গুড়ের মিষ্টিটা মিলে চায়ের টেস্ট একদম জোস! খেতে খুব ভালো লাগে, আর সারাদিন কেমন একটা শান্তি শান্তি ফিল হয়।
লাল চা, দুধ চা, কফি সবকিছুতেই চিনির বদলে এই গুড় পাউডার দিই। আম্মা এটা দিয়ে পায়েস রান্না করে, আমার বাচ্চাটাও খুব পছন্দ করে। মাসে আমাদের ৬–৭টা লাগে। কতবার যে নিছি হিসাব নাই, মনে হয় ৫০ বারেরও বেশি হবে! চট্টগ্রামে ২ দিনের মধ্যেই পেয়ে যাই। এটা ছাড়া এখন আর চলেই না।
এদের সরিষার তেলের গ্যালনটা জাস্ট অসাম! আর তেলের কথা কী বলব, কোনো বাজে গন্ধ নাই। যা রান্না করি, আলাদা একটা টেস্ট আসে। ঝাঁজও ভালো আছে। সবসময় এমন কোয়ালিটি পাইলেই হয়। আমার আম্মা এই তেলটা খুব পছন্দ করে।

বাসায় আচার বানানোর সময় পাই না, তাই রুট ফুডসের তেঁতুল আচারটা অর্ডার করছিলাম। টক-মিষ্টি স্বাদটা একদম ঠিকঠাক, খিচুড়ির সাথে খেতে খুব মজা লাগে। আর কাঁচের জারে দেয় বলে আচারটাও ভালো থাকে। জারের সিলও ভালো ছিল, কিছু লিক করেনি। They are really good!

তালের গুড়ের পিঠা বানাব বলে নিয়েছিলাম। ঘ্রাণটা খুব সুন্দর, এতটা ভালো হবে ভাবিনি। গুঁড়াটাও পরিষ্কার, কোনো বালি-ময়লা পাইনি। কৌটা থেকে চামচ দিয়ে নিতে সুবিধা হয়। শীতের সময় পায়েসেও দেব ভাবছি।

ওদের আখের গুড়টা একদম ঝরঝরে, ড্রাই আর ফ্রেশ। আমরা বাসায় রেগুলার শরবত বানিয়ে খাই। আগে অনলাইনে অন্য জায়গা থেকে একটা আনছিলাম, শরবত বানালে নিচে কাদার মতো তলানি জমত। Root Foods-এরটা দিয়ে সেই ঝামেলা হয় নাই। এইটার কোয়ালিটি ভালো লাগছে।
